Specially designed for cutting flooring, the 10 in. x 72-Tooth Diablo PergoBlade features new laser-cut stabilizer vents for precise and clean cuts in a variety laminate and wood materials. The advanced stabilizer vents feature a permanent filler baked in from top to bottom for absorbing noise and preventing sideways movement, allowing the blade to slice through your material cleanly, quickly and accurately. The Polycrystalline Diamond-tipped tooth geometry provides for exceptional durability in cutting highly abrasive materials. Engineered to outlast ordinary carbide-tipped blades by 75X, this saw blade effortlessly cuts through laminate planks to create finely honed edges without burnout. Also suitable for cutting bamboo, hardwood and engineered flooring, the Perma-SHIELD non-stick coating on this blade reduces drag so there is minimal friction and heat buildup.

I was tired of going through normal blades so quickly when using them for laminate flooring. I decided to try out this blade and I was not disappointed. The blade cuts through 12mm flooring like it isn’t even there. It doesn’t even scuff the blade, I’ve cut dozens of boards and the blade still looks brand new. The cuts are smooth and the laminate does not chip. You definitely get what you pay for with this one!

I used this blade to install 270 sq ft of Pergo Outlast flooring in my Basement. It made a clean cut, even with the padding on the back of the Pergo. A much better option than a board cutter ( I tried that first). Used it to cut laminate moulding as well.

Very clean cuts and the teeth all look brand new after installing 1000 square feet of laminate! I recommend getting the smaller 7.5″ version so you can use it on your circular saw, table saw (raise the blade higher), and miter (add sacrificial 2×4 against fence and on cutting deck) …I tried my general purpose Diablo blade for a rip cut and instantly saw the burn/glow as the teeth came in contact with the laminate. This diamond tipped blade will last much longer and cuts better even with only 12 teeth!

I bought this blade to cut Pego TimberCraft laminate. It has done very well cutting the boards. Very little if any chipping! It worked well with my old Craftsman circular saw.

I used this blade on my Hitachi 12″ miter saw to install an engineered hardwood (bamboo) floor. This blade performed very well, providing very clean cuts. Cut after cut, from start to finish of the install, I was impressed that a 16 tooth blade could be so smooth. It lived up to the claims of the advertising. I expect to get much more service from this blade. It is a little more expensive than a carbide tip blade, but the thin kerf and outstanding performance was worth it for me. I am not a professional. I installed this floor in my own home as a diy-er, and I am very satisfied with the value and results.
