Diablo’s next generation 10 in. x 24 Tooth Ripping Carbide Circular Saw Blade features new laser-cut stabilizer vents for precise and clean cuts in a variety of wood materials. The advanced stabilizer vents feature a permanent filler baked in from top to bottom for absorbing noise and preventing sideways movement, allowing the blade to slice and rip through wood cleanly, quickly and accurately. Constructed with TiCo Hi-Density special-blend carbide, Diablo’s 10 in. ripping blade produces razor sharp cuts and provides 5X longer cutting life. The laser cut heat expansion slots allow the blade to expand and contract during use, keeping the cut true and straight. This blade is excellent for general ripping applications and sheathing walls and/or roofs.

The blade has a very thin kerf and cuts very well on the rip. Although it does leave a little bit of tooth marks afterwards, that’s easily cleaned up with a light sanding / hand plane. I’m used to using a 60 tooth for all my cuts, but this doubled my speed and eliminated burn marks altogether. Great buy.

This blade works well on my portable job site table saw on the softer hardwoods 3/4″ or less . I would not use this blade on my shop saw . Thin kerf blades heat up and distort very quickly and should only be used when no other option available. If your stock is double sided the ripped edge will need sanding so add to the ripped width.

I had to rip 32 2x4x8s and 20 2x10x10s for a pergola project and the blade performed flawlessly. I had forgotten how much better a single purpose rip blade can be than a combination blade.

Work as expected

worked nicely ripping pt 2×4. I had to rip 12 boards, the last being as easily as the first. I suspect it will rip many more.

I had a decent blade on my DeWalt contractor’s saw, but this was a major upgrade. Cuts incredibly smooth and the blade is more stable than the thin kerf one it replaced.

Not my first Diablo blade. High quality, good cut, low friction.

Pleasantly surprised!

Just as well made as there big brother with the same color. But affordable enough to replace instead of sharpen.

The blade performed just as expected. I use this brand predominantly. Thanks for a great product.

I had a freud 30 tooth full kerf blade ini my tables saw and was having a tough time ripping through some 4/4 QS white oak. I bought this thin kerf 24 tooth blade and wow what a difference. Fed through itself practically leaving a perfectly straight square edge.
