The advanced stabilizer vents feature a permanent filler baked in from top to bottom for absorbing noise and preventing sideways movement, allowing the blade to slice through wood cleanly, quickly and accurately. Constructed with TiCo Hi-Density special-blend carbide, Diablo’s 10 in. fine finish blade produces precise cuts and provides 5X longer cutting life. The laser cut heat expansion slots allow the blade to expand and contract during use, keeping the cut true and straight. It’s a saw blade, it cuts wood when you install it and then turn on the saw! Does very good job, smooth clean cut. Probably would be better if they hadn’t used red paint and just left it metal.

Disregard the 9 1 star reviews. They shouldn’t be around tools or butter knives. Night and day difference with my stock rip blade. That left nasty splinters and blow out. HORRIBLE. This blade??! I just cut melamine with it….FLAWLESS. I was REALLY impressed by it. Also, it pretty much laughs at any other wood you throw at it. PERFECT cut.

I’ve worked with a Diablo product, may be two, in the past. This did not deviate from performance. Had to replace aged mitre saw blade to cut trim boards for a project, PVC trim boards…blade cut so clean, the boards could’ve cut back. Only “CON” is that the red color rubbed/bled onto boards, however, it’s in the creice where boards will meet, so not the end of the World. I’d buy it again…and will.
