Diablo’s next generation 10 in. x 80 Tooth Non-Ferrous/Plastics Carbide Circular Saw Blade features new laser-cut stabilizer vents for precise and clean cuts in non-ferrous metals and plastic materials. The advanced stabilizer vents feature a permanent filler baked in from top to bottom for absorbing noise and preventing sideways movement, allowing the blade to slice through materials cleanly, quickly and accurately. Constructed with TiCo Hi-Density special-blend carbide, Diablo’s 10 in. non-ferrous metals/plastics blade produces precise cuts and provides 5X longer cutting life. The laser cut heat expansion slots allow the blade to expand and contract during use, keeping the cut true and straight. This blade is excellent for cutting plastics, brass, aluminum, copper and fiberglass.

We use this non-ferrous blade for cutting aluminum extrusions and is leaves a perfect, smooth cut everytime. The carbide tips have stayed sharp and have not “nicked” or rounded in any way. Highly recommended!

This blade was very good for my bathroom project to cut Schluter trim for tile edging and niche. Additionally used for the DreamLine shower door track cuts also.I wanted the accuracy for this project and spent the money but for 6 or 7 cuts, the cost is a bit high and hence the reason for the value. Since I will be doing a second bathroom, this becomes a bit less of a concern and will always have it when needed.

I needed to cut aluminum extrusion into 60 short pieces. The cut quality was very good with minimal flash to remove. The blade was installed on a compound miter saw. It will be a good tool to have in my toolbox.

This blade works great for cutting extruded aluminum. I use material up to 1/8 of an inch thick, and this blade cuts it cleanly and quickly. The small kerf is also great. I highly recommend this blade.

This is a very expensive blade but well worth it when you consider the quality of cut. Acrylic cuts are close to perfect and need minimal cleanup to produce a smooth edge.
