Diablo’s next generation 10 in. x 84 Tooth Non-Ferrous Carbide Circular Saw Blade features new laser-cut stabilizer vents for precise and clean cuts in laminates and non-ferrous materials. The advanced stabilizer vents feature a permanent filler baked in from top to bottom for absorbing noise and preventing sideways movement, allowing the blade to slice through laminates and non-ferrous metals cleanly, quickly and accurately. Constructed with TiCo Hi-Density special-blend carbide, Diablo’s 10 in. non-ferrous blade produces precise cuts and provides 5X longer cutting life. The laser cut heat expansion slots allow the blade to expand and contract during use, keeping the cut true and straight. This blade is excellent for cutting laminate flooring, plastics, brass, aluminum, copper and fiberglass.
- TiCo high-density carbide for increased performance and maximum cutting life
- Perma-shield non-stick coating for protection against heat, gumming and corrosion
- Super-thin kerf design for fast and effortless cuts
- New advanced laser-cut stabilizer vents absord noise and vibration, and prevent sideways movement for precise, clean cuts
- Tri-Metal Shock Resistant Brazing to withstand extreme impact
- Precision tensioning is a computer controlled process to keep the blade flat for a better quality finish

This blade was dull after cutting a few pieces of laminate flooring?

It works fine. I used in a makita 36volt miter saw on laminate flooring

Cuts like a hot knife through butter

Nice clean cuts on a couple of aluminum pieces not leaving any burs behind, works great on my DeWalt DWS779, the aluminum pieces I was working on didn’t have much heat created by the blade, it was warm but not hot, for best results I recommend making the cuts slow and steady pace, let the blade do the work.

This blade is a versatile choice. 1: The cut is good enough to hit with 320 grit sandpaper. 2: This leaves a fine dust rather than chips. Indoors, it gets everywhere, but outdoors, the wind helps you clean up. Bring a big fan.3: Non-ferrous capability is very useful for PVC plumbing and some aluminum projects. 4: The blade runs rather quietly. No metallic ringing sound. Just a soft whine of the teeth cutting. Interesting. I’m not used to that.

I used this to cut aluminum decking. Like a knife through butter with clean edges!

I purchased the Diablo 96 tooth blade for cutting Trex composite deck boards because the blade for dedicated Trex use was not available in the store. This blade does a great job cutting the composite board with a nice clean cut, with no distortion of the plastic edges. It runs very smoothly with no vibration, and makes the cuts with ease, requiring very little force to move the blade through the material.

I purchased this blade to use in my table saw and miter saw. I am working with powder coated thin wall extruded aluminum. The non-ferrous carbide tooth blade is what the manufacturer suggested but I had never used one in this application before. It worked great. No chatter, vibrations or chipping of the powder coating. It went through it like “a hot knife in butter” as the saying goes. I am excited to expand my use of the blade to try some new things.

I purchased this saw blade to build my Trex deck since the Trex 12 blade was unavailable. It worked great with smooth cutting and no burn. I also was able to use it on the aluminum railings since it is a non ferrous blade also!

Worked perfectly on Plexi

Used to cut pvc vinyl And metal worked great

I cut a lot of laminate in a table saw in my shop. Cuts so clean and quiet with the quality you might get from a laser. They are thin and over time the do develop a slight warp, but even then, the cuts are still very good, but a brand new blade.. just the sound of it singing through the material is like music.

I bought this to cut 2020 aluminum extrusion as cleanly and accurately as possible. This blade was up to the task. It’s hard to tell my cuts with this blade from the factory cuts. Highly recommended.
