Diablo next generation 12 in. x 44-Tooth General Purpose Carbide Circular Saw Blade features new laser-cut stabilizer vents for precise and clean cuts in a variety of wood materials. The advanced stabilizer vents feature a permanent filler baked in from top to bottom for absorbing noise and preventing sideways movement, allowing the blade to slice through wood cleanly, quickly and accurately. Constructed with TiCo Hi-Density special-blend carbide, Diablo 12 in. general purpose blade produces razor sharp cuts and provides 5X longer cutting life. The laser cut heat expansion slots allow the blade to expand and contract during use, keeping the cut true and straight. This blade is excellent when working on projects such as decking, framing and building furniture.

I use these blades in both my DeWalt 12″ sliding miter saw and Bosch 12″ contractor table saw. In both, they perform superior to the blades that came with the tools. These work very well and smoothly for the purpose they are designed. For more refined finish work, I recommend a blade with more teeth but these don’t work bad even for most detail/trim type work. I have used these blades repeatably over the years and I highly recommend them. These quality blades save both time and money.

It is true that this blade cuts through wood like a knife through butter. The only thing I notice different from the DeWalt blades that I also use is that the Diablo blade seems to take more power from the motor to run. That is probably because it is cutting through the wood faster. My DeWalt saw can handle that with no problem.

These blades are great for general purpose cutting. We use them for cutting TNG for interior walls,wide baseboard,stair skirt boards and anything that doesn’t require a smooth finish cut.They work great on cutting stair treads with no pinching or binding also.Would definitely recommend.

When replaced old blade with this one it cut like butter. It lasted a bit longer than pervious brands I used even at that when it starts to wear and smoking it still had clean cuts with no burn marks somehow. Cutting some sappy pine and treated lumber it didn’t gum up like others I have used.
