I have only made a few cuts so far, it is working great on mild steel 1/4″ thick. I am using this blade in a table saw

Ran this in my 14” abrasive chop saw so rpm of motor and 9” Diablo blade were pretty close. Seems to be cutting well.

The Diablo steel demon cermet ll carbide blade cut through 1 1/2″ galvanized pipe quickly and cleanly. No over heating or tarnishing the metal.

This saw blade is designed for LOW RPM saws specifically designed for metal cutting. Maximum rpm is 1800. Most abrasive chop saws are spinning at 3300-3500 rpm and are over heating the blade and destroying it and complaining about their inability to follow directions.I use this blade on my Slugger by Fein (1300 rpm) and it cuts sooo good. It has a thinner kerf than competing blades which gliders thru mild steel. I even had a piece of angle slip from the clamp, jamming the saw and did not damage the teeth.Ignore the whiners that don’t pay attention to machine specifications, it’s a great blade.

Preforms better than the other 8” metal cutting blades I have purchased. Home Depot shipping from site to store takes a while but just have to plan ahead and order about 2 weeks before you need it to make sure you have plenty of time.

Love the Diablo 14 in. by 90 tooth carbide blade! Cuts steel like butter with almost no heat. Beats the carbon blades by a mile. Should’ve got it a long time ago. I highly recommend it!

Used on my Milwaukee abrasive chop saw. I have made about 50 cuts through 1/8″ wall 2″ steel pipe. Still cuts pretty nice.I was a little nervous because the blade max rpms is 3000 and my saw spins 3400, but the blade seems to be holding up fine. No problems.Still waiting to see about longevity.
