Diablo’s new Steel Demon 14 in. 72-Teeth per in. Cermet circular saw blades deliver 3X the life of a standard carbide-tipped blade in metal cutting applications. This blade features new, exclusive innovation with a special Triple Chip grind and Perma-SHIELD coating to provide maximum cutting life in a wide variety of ferrous metals.

Too many reviews left buy people using in the wrong saw. I have a Fein Slugger 14″ cold saw. I cut 200 grade 5 bolts, turning them into axle bolts, then cut 2- 20′ sticks of 3″ 3lb steel channel into 92, 5″ long pieces. I have used Evolution, Tomax and Twin City and this is the quietest and longest lasting blade I have ever used. Very quiet no squeal like the other brands. Material must be clamped to prevent blade from grabbing and breaking teeth.

Diablo makes excellent blades, I have them installed in all of my circular saws. For those of you subitting bad reviews stating it worked for 5 minutes / 2 cuts and then it was “junk” please refer to the limitations of the blade. Maximum RPM is 1800RPM, which means you cannot simply remove your regular abrasive disc from your saw that spins at 3800 RPM and install the Diablo that is limited to 1800 RPM. Get the correct saw, you will not be disappointed.

Not worth the price. It dulled after a short time. It was only used to cut clean steel 14 gauge tubing, so there was no reason for it not to last longer. No I will not purchase again and would not recommend it.

Great product, cut through 4″ sch 40 steel pipe in less than 30 seconds. My other abrasive saw(that has high rpm) takes 4 times longer, blade doesn’t last and shoots hot grinding debris everywhere. Made 10 cuts and blade still seems sharp. Love the blade, just make sure your saw has the right rpm for blade.
