Bought to cut stainless rivets does the job well go through a lot of them they wear out quickly but they are small and thin overall much more satisfied with these then HF cutting discs

Too brittle for demolition

Not bad for what I use them for and last quite a while before chipping edges or wearing down to nothing

Buy extra. The cuts are clean, you can shape and clean up any burs, but this is a perishable product and you will need to replace. Wear the personal protection, please. Save the eyes, look for coworkers and family pets as you cut.

Good blades.expensive but last longer and less likely to explode

They work well. They cut an inch bolt like hot knife with butter using a Milwaukee m18 cut off wheel

Best blades money can buy

The value pack was good, got 15 discs for the price of 10. Not sure if the value pack discs vary in quality from disks available by the piece. I could see through parts of the first disc I used after just a little use, areas that didn’t even come in contact with the metal or work. Could just be a defect in the disk I happened to start with. That said, I like the 0.040 discs because they are a little thinner than the 1/16 disks (maybe a little less robust also if that’s an issue to you) and the narrower cut seems to be easier and quicker to make than a cut with the thicker blade in heavy plate or bar material. If your making a cut in very thin material like barn tin, I’d stick with the more sturdy 1/16 inch blade. There isn’t much metal to remove in the first place, and the more robust blade seems to be a little less prone to chipping or the blade being gouged out by the thin metal. Recommend wearing a dust mask to protect against the disk and metal dust.

Cut off disk work fine for cutting thick ¼ inch metal with ease but anything thinner the disk would chip easily.
