I have been really pleased with this Diablo cut off disc that I have been using on my DeWalt 4 1/2 inch angle grinder for the past couple of years. The disc has held up well cutting 1/2 inch rebar, 1/4 inch flat bar stock and lots of 1/8 inch aluminum angle. I am surprised at how durable this disc has been and getting so much use out of it. I did find the Type 27 depressed center to work much better than the flat disc on my angle grinder.

Love this blade.For years I’ve used a Dremel Tool with cutoff blades for my small projects. Going through at least two blades every time because they are so fragile and tend to shatter.Can’t do as fine of work with this 4.5″ blade, but it is much more effective, and much more durable.
