The cut off disc worked great on my DeWalt Cordless saw to cut through and trim wire shelving to precisely cut to a custom closet size. It does give off many sparks, as I had read in other reviews so I chose to work outside.

I needed to cut some sheet metal — two layers of sheet metal plus some seams. Each layer was about the thickness of a dime. I installed the Diablo blade in my inexpensive Skil circular saw. It cut right though it all without any problems. It produced lots of sparks, so be sure to wear your protective glasses.
