It did what I expected, very efficiently and it lasted quite a while without breaking. Had to change due to lacquer accumulation, but that was after three and a half hours of uninterrupted work with the same disk.

I feel the pads get worn out pretty quickly. Not ideal for leveling. But just sanding out the edge worked pretty well. You do get a lot of pads for the price, plus an extra Velcro pad that I know will come in handy for the future. On top of that there was some bonus 80 grit paper that I didn’t use as I was just sanding to add wood tint. But it’s good for the future.

My wife and I used the product on the frame work for our aging stained Cedar deck railings. The disks worked extremely well. They didn’t load very fast with the old stain that we were removing. The application pad that comes with the disks, helped conform the flexible disks to the unevenness of the cedar. The disks made the job fast and easy. We were very pleased with these disks versus using regular sandpaper that we used on prior jobs.
