DIABLO’s premium 5 in. 80-Grit universal, 12-hole Random Orbital Sanding (ROS) discs with Hook and Lock backing includes break-through innovations that improve performance, extend sanding life and increase productivity. Featuring a premium ceramic blend, these discs remove material faster than other sanding discs and offer an extra-long sanding life. Clog-SHIELD, DIABLO’s own blend of grinding agents, reduces loading thus maximizing productivity. Works great on deck planks in good shape, but it didn’t last as long on the planks that had splintered wood. The edges can wear down fast in this case. I went through a 15 pack before finishing. They are quick and easy to change out. The sanding net pad works best for splintered wood or the occasional screw head.
