Aggressive and fast, these discs will remove a lot of material in a short time. With wood, you need to be careful and use a light touch. On metal, direct the sparks away from you. Diablo does a great job with their blades and discs and worth the price.

I used the Diablo fiber discs to remove extremely old thin set from a terrazzo floor that is being restored. It did an excellent job without harming the underlying floor.

Product seemed to be cutting rough, until I realised I had two of the blades mounted wrong. Since then, it has been awesome. The two red blades ARE NOT interchangable: inside means inside, and outside means outside. Missed that first time I mounted them. This is a great set, and I love it.

After installing the product I realized that the the hole connecting the dishwasher’s hose was sealed. I had to drill it out. The one I bought might have been an exception. I’m a habitual do-it-yourselfer but there are homeowners who may not have the know how like me.

Need to have someone on the floor who knows what kind of disc to buy. Bought the sander there n it came only with a sampler disc. Went to buy some extras n the depot assoc didn’t know what it was or which one to get. Customer helped me out. Waited 20 min n no one came to help.
