Works great. Wish Home Depot had more size options of this product.

Easy to attach and detach . allows use of less expensive and various grit pads vs grinding wheels. Flat washer allows full use of pad all the way to the center.

Package says it will fit all grinders with 5/8 shaft etc. It will not fit my DeWalt grinder with the quick change feature. This is Dewalt’s fault. The Dewalt shaft is too short. Next time I will not buy DeWalt.

used it on my Bosch 6 Amp Corded 4-1/2 in. Small Angle Grinder. Has good contact with sanding paper. Went through 20 disks so far with no problems at all. Came with two sanding disks. Make sure to buy the right disks for it with the center hole.

Does what it’s made to

I bought this to cope baseboard trim. It’s working pretty well, if not a bit aggressive (which one would expect). 4 stars instead of 5 due to the sanding discs being slightly warped. It makes the sanding experience a little more interesting.

This review is for the Diablo 4 ½” x 5/8” 50-Grit Grinder/Sander Conversion Kit, model # DCP045VGPS01G.I purchased the Diablo kit as an accessory to my Milwaukee angle grinder, model 6141-30.The Diablo kit is rated for a maximum of 13,280 RPM so there was no issue with using it on the 12,000 RPM grinder. The spindle size (5/8”) was a perfect match. See your grinder manual for the best way to install the Diablo conversion kit onto your grinder; apparently some makes/models of grinders have “quick attach” adapters or some other such features which make the installation somewhat more challenging. For my application the Diablo went right onto my Milwaukee. I’m not a professional metal worker, just a DIY home owner, so YMMV.There’s enough flex in the rubber backing to allow the sanding disk to get into edges and crannies and such and the 50-grit disk I found to be quite aggressive. (I’m working on some metal doors and a careful touch is needed not to mar the surface of the metal. Again, I’m not an expert at using an angle grinder, I just wanted a quick way to remove some old paint and such). From my limited usage, I’ve found that the Diablo kit worked “as advertised” for my project.Safety gear is a must – eye protection (I wear safety glasses and a full-face shield), hand protection (I wear leather gloves) and a respirator is recommended when sanding creates dust or fumes (different respirators and masks are designed for different applications). I’m happy with the price point, the quality, and the usability of the conversion kit. HTHRegards,Jim

No have to wait to long in the parking.

These exceeded my expectations used to grind out fiberglass. Thought they would wear out a lot faster but lasted a long time. Way more economical than a flap disc

Works great. 2) 50 grit pads seem to last long. I’ve been using it on steel.
