Designed for use with an angle grinder, Diablo’s 4-1/2 in. Steel Demon Grinding and Polishing Flap Disc grinds and polishes simultaneously to help you scale down and smooth out metal and stainless steel surfaces. Featuring a new Speed HUB design, this flap disc can be changed quickly, without the use of tools. A conical shape and 40-grit (ultra-coarse) composition combine for 10X faster material removal, leaving behind a shiny surface that gives your work piece a revitalized appearance and/or operational resurgence.

I’ve got an older Black and Decker 4-1/2″ grinder that I’ve lost the spindle nut for. This threaded right on and is now a dedicated flap disc grinder. Good wearing and no wobble, cuts fast. When this disc wears out I’ll buy another.

Picked up the DIABLO 4-1/2 in. 40-Grit Steel Demon Grinding and Polishing Flap Disc with Integrated Speed Hub to grind down the remainder of some steel piping that we cut out of our poured concrete basement after having an oil tank removed. It was a tough task, but this disc handled it without issue! Highly recommend!

I used this to grind and polish the bottom of my new Lodge fry pan. Not only did a supper job, but in no time i had a shiny mirror finish. I used a 40 grit then a 80 grit to finish. OUTSTANDING product. easy to put on also.
