While these flap discs work great I wish I had known that they changed the thickness of the center hub. It is now thinner than it used to be and so my spacer shim on my grinder wouldn’t work with it. I was able to find some washers and stack them up so it would work. Be aware of this if you buy these new ones.

The Diablo Flap Disc worked great with my new Dewalt grinder. I used it to grind the rust and paint from my vehicle to prepare it for repair. I then used it to smooth the Bondo repair. This saved me a lot of manual sanding time.
