The finished dado is not perfectly flat on the bottom. It seems that the right outer blade is about 1/16″ smaller than other blade and chippers.

Obviously an insanely great product. Probably the last dado stack a weekend/evening DIYy’er will ever need. Excellent and clean results, and precision with the spacers/shims. Spend the $100 and you won’t regret it

Wow these blades are amazing. Super clean, even dado cuts every time. Absolutely beats double passing the wood to cut dados.

Does what it is designed for

Price is good, excellent cut, high quality, good storage case. Description said 2 chippers, but it comes with 3 chippers, 3 spacers and 7 shims. Will recommend this product.

we are working on a difficult set of corners, this dado set is working out great and it has a good price

Bought this product with the intention of using it soon. While that has not happened, it looks to be of high quality and good design. Better than my wobble dado blade which leaves crowns in the middle and is worn out. I look forward to trying it out in the next seven months.

It is difficult and sometimes unfair to complete a review of anything you have only used once. This is not the first dado blade I have owned but I did find that it performed perfectly its’ first time out. I was especially pleased to find no frayed edges on the plywood panel which is often problema

This dado has a smooth cut. My original cheaper purchase did not satisfy my standards.

Very good set, a little expensive though

The blades are excellent. Would probably recommend they do a little bit better with possibly putting instructions in the package. Mostly for proper setup of Chip blades and spacers. They have a guide to tell you what blades to use for what size Dado oh, but they do not show you the orientation

very accurate with numerous fine tuning set up options. Much better than “wobble blade” that I started out with.

Diablo makes good blades. Performed very well. Needed to watch a YouTube video to make sure I put it together correctly though.

Used on 3/4” birch plywood for a kitchen cabinet. Very smooth cuts. Using the shims are a little frustrating as they tend to get squashed in around the bore because their hole is slightly larger than the 5/8” bore.
