True to the nature of reverse cut jig saw blades, these left virtually no tearout or splintering on the top side of the plywood and soft wood I cut with them. Did have some kickback issues with attempting a 45 degree bevel cut on plywood, but I think I just did not use a high enough speed on my jigsaw.

I was installing Tree decking and the blades I was using were dulling very quickly. I bought these hoping they would stay sharp longer but they didn’t. I eventually went with a carbide tipped blade that works beautifully! It is also a Diablo blade. It was $15 for this blade but worth every penny! It is still not showing signs of becoming dull. These blades are great for wood but would not recommend them for composite decking.
