Very effective cutting on acrylic without chipping. I cut some very large pieces of 4 layers of 3/16″ acrylic and found it important to rotate between several blades because this heavy lift cutting job generated so much heat. Allowing the blades to cool is critical to prevent melt of plastic. Good product!

Works great. Make sure your jigsaw guide is flush to the plexiglass, you start the blade away from the plexiglass and your plexiglas is clamped tight.
