Diablo makes good quality products and this is no exception. Dual side cutting edges make quick work of chipping away concrete. SDS plus makes it sure the bit is securely locked in place and not going to fly off. The bit self sharpens which is a plus. The dual bevel helps deflect the concrete chips away from where you’re working. All in all a great bit to add to the collection.

Although bought for a small project, I hardly recommend it. it has performed great and to my expectations. I want to keep breaking concrete with it lol. I chips uniform and consistent. I used it in conjunction with a Ryobi rotary hammer and again, it was a small project but they both performed unarguably. I am very very satisfied.

This Diablo flat chisel is an ideal bit for many different types of applications. I wanted to remove some tile in a small bathroom that was completely outdated. In order to do this project I had to rent a SDS plus hammer drill. I found that with the hammer drill and this chisel the work was twice as fast and produced the smallest amount of debris. The chisel handled beautifully under the pounding of the chisel. This bit is a game changer.

This chisel was helpful when breaking up concrete to install a sump pump. The quality of the metal added a lot of durability. The strength of the chisel seems to out perform other chisels I have used and I would recommend using this brand in the future. Heavy duty jobs, need heavy duty tools. I also feel like this tool cut the work time quite a bit.

Great chisel! I used this chisel to knock down a concrete crack that was a trip hazard. The chisel had very little “walk” and held its path better than other chisels, probably due to the dual teeth. The chise broke down the rock that was in the concrete like no other chisel I had used in the past. Usually, a chisel will roll over a rock, not this chisel, it broke the rock. Once completed, the chisel still has its edge and is ready for the next task. The chisel also fits perfectly into my SDS Plus type hammer. I would recommend this chisel for working on concrete surfaces or use with tile demo.

The Diablo 3/4 inch SDS-Plus chisel appears to be a solid tool. I used it to create a break line in a limestone rock that has been nicking my mower blades. The rock is too big to pull so breaking it should get the size down to something I can handle. I did drive it with an SDS-Max hammer using a Max to Plus adapter and the chisel handled the force without showing damage. It is way less work than doing it all manually. I also saw I could do a little shaping but that is going to require a lot of practice and the whole hammer/adapter/bit combo is about 20 pounds so it gets tiring to handle in a hurry.

the quality of this chisel is very good. It is made of heavy strong material. The length works out well to keep your impact driver at a good height above the work. The chisel has two rails that help guide the bit and to let debris like tile waste clear the area easily. Works very well on removing tile from floor and walls. Tempted to try it on stucco.

Great bit but it gets stolen from me. I have to keep it locked up or I’m buying one every week.

This is a chisel bit and seems to take a beating. Packaging says it is self sharpening, and surprisingly, made in Italy, not China. It was working well knocking through some slab for a drain relocation when the job was paused due to owners trepidation (my bro-in-law). This bit showed no sign of stress or impending failure and seemed up to the task even in my light duty Ryobi tool.

This Diablo SDS-Plus flat chisel bit is well built and has held up pretty well under heavy use. This bit having a single cutter head has gone through rebar imbedded concrete with a minimal effort to chip out the hole. I have used this bit on both concrete and granite stone. There has been significant wear to the leading edge of the bit, but to be expected in the hard granite.
