I used this bit with a Bosch plunge router to route out a hole for an undermount sink in a hardwood countertop. It allowed me to make a beautiful, fine edge.

It seems like the bit would be fine. The theft proof packaging was so thorough that I could not see that this was for a 1/2″ arbor. Eventually, when I finally cut it out of the over packaging, I realized it was the wrong shaft.

This bit is well made and sharp, able to mill down the edges of the boards in a single pass. although it does take a slower approach than expected.

Used this to make some big holes & end cuts on a 1.5″ thick butcher block counter top. Worked extremely well & left me with a very square edge. Diablo products never disappoint and I continue to buy this brand over lower cost bits for their improved performance & durability.

I am new to woodworking so my opinion may not be the most informed, but I bought this bit as a poor man’s jointer and it works great in my router table. I used it to joint some laminated boards that I had made as front and rear fences for a table saw sled that I am making, and they came out very flat and smooth. Very impressed!

Cut exactly as I would expect. No issues with one smooth cut at 1.5”, I would assume the same at 2” but haven’t needed that depth yet.
