Works great . Don’t forget ear, eye and breathing protection when using all router equipment

The bit was great but way over priced. I could have got it at MLCS for less than half of what I paid.

I am restoring a 100 year old house and all the interior walls are rough-sawn pine t&g. The 3/4 round molding available is not exactly what I wanted, so I started searching for a good router bit.I came across the Diablo 3/4 roundover bit, which is only available on line at Home Depot, so I ordered one. It was delivered yesterday by UPS and mounted to my table router today.Right out of the box, I was making 3/4 round trim: with the double cut bit there was absolutely no sanding or finishing required, just a little ripping. The first piece of wood was a rough 1x3x8′ just to experiment, result, after I ripped the 3/4 round off both sides of the 1×3 I could have applied some stain and nailed it up.If your looking for a quality router bit for 3/4 round, look no further. The Diablo 3/4 roundover double cut bit will give you professionl results right out of the box, not to mention the savings from making your own molding.Next on my want list is a plantation shutter bit set and a “Shaker” style storm shutter bit set., and if Diablo makes them, you can bet I’ll be ordring them. This is a 10 star product and I would not hesitate recommending it to anyone.I’ve got photos of the first 3/4 round trim pieces I put through this bit without sanding, and it looks as good as the store-bought variety, only a lot cheaper.I’m living on a tight fixed income and I have become a bit frugal, especially with lumber prices going through the roof. Now, I can buy a 1x6x10 pine, run it through the router and come up with 4 or 5 pieces of 3/4 round from each board.

This bit worked great… We actually made a piece of 1-1/2″ x 3/4″ half round trim with it…
