This is the second bit I have purchased of this kind. I love them. I use these bits with a homemade CNC machine and my last bit has lasted a couple thousand inches of cuts through plywood and was still cutting super strong right up until the point I ran into one of my clamps and it broke in half. I used this to cut a 1/4″ x 3/8″ groove in a maple bench top 4″ from the edge using an edge guide and DeWalt router. It worked great. No burning or jagged edges, just a clean and square cut.
