Diablo’s new 5-Piece Carbide Reciprocating Blade Set consists of three Demo Demon blades for nail-embedded wood and 2-Steel Demon blades for metal cutting, including high strength alloys, cast iron and stainless steel. This combination carbide reciprocating blade set allows PROs to blaze through nail-embedded wood with amazing ease to facilitate fast teardowns of walls and framing materials; and slice through metal so you can quickly dismantle a variety of pipes, bars and beams up to 1/2 in. thick. Diablo’s high performance carbide set delivers unmatched 50X longer cutting life than standard bi-metal blades, greater durability in cutting applications and an oversized body height for straighter cuts with less vibration.

I was really expecting these blade to cut through the 16 gauge steel bars I was cutting a little better, not seeing the big deal on carbide saw blades. I will keep them, but won’t buy again.

I recently did a demo on a 30’×20′ deck with treated and composite boards. On day one i went through 6 milwaukee blades and made little progress and burnt up $40 in blades . At Home Depot I got a 3 pack of 9″ Diablo Carbide Tip Blades for nail embedded wood and I was just blown away with how well they performed!! AMAZING BLADES!! Super sharp and strong!! I only had to use 1 Diablo blade to finish up. The cuts were so clean and fast and my batteries on my cordless saw lasted over 60% longer with the Diablo Blades on my saw. The best blades on the market!!
