I have used a variety of blades,and none come close to the use I have gotten out of this blade.I needed to remove a 6k-7k lb boom from a old boom truck.And with 2 blades I cut it up in 3 ft sections and removed it down to the knuckle.And removed the cage/deck as well.I usually don’t write reviews.But these blades are really worth it.Everything on the boom was at minimum 5/16 thick steel,and some of the plates were 1/2 inch.While it did cut slow on the 1/2 it cut and didn’t dull.On the 1/4 stuff on the cage it cut like it was going thru wood.

The Diablo saw blade worked great on cutting steel fence posts. Hardly any pressure cutting the posts as the blade was very sharp! I definitely recommend this blade and will use it again.

Excellent quality blade that’s great for cutting smaller metal objects such as nails, staples, and thin sheet metal. The high TPI (tooth per inch) count leaves a smoother finish than lower TPI blades at the cost of slower cutting, but this is acceptable for thin metal applications. Having Diablo’s thin, medium, and thick metal blades handy makes quick work of virtually any cutting job.
