Great pruning blade. Easily cut thru tree limbs up to 4 inches in diameter without hesitation. Wish I bought more while they were so cheap, but this one will last a while for this DIYer.

This pruning blade has made my battery-powered saw into a great new yard tool too!

Useful in Cordless Reciprocating Saw This blade converts a cordless reciprocating saw into an exceptional pruning saw. It is much easier and faster than using a hand pruning saw. I now use my cordless reciprocating saw more for pruning than for its original intent. It cuts up to at least 4″ diameter limbs or trunks with ease on softer woods. It struggles a bit on harder woods with larger diameters. For those situations, I have found that a sharp demolition blade works better because it is stiffer. If this blade were as thick and sturdy as a demolition blade, it would likely work equally as well on hard and soft woods.

This blade works great! Pair it with a cordless saw and you’ve got a formidable tree pruning setup.

This is a fine, aggressive blade for cutting green wood. It even handles roots in the dirt well. This blade is holding up very well for something that is supposed to be a replaceable wear item. I’ll probably be getting more of these.

great quality blade and excellent addition to a sawzall.I used one of these to take down a 20 year old bradford pear tree the other day. It was great using a cordless sawzall instead of a chainsaw. It handled everything except the final few cuts to take down the main trunk which I used a chainsaw for. It gave me a lot finer control and it cut plenty quickly. It beat the heck out of trying to make all the crazy angled cuts with the chainsaw. Also I could handle the sawzall with one hand which was handy at times. Right at the end I got it caught in a bad bind (I got a little sloppy for a moment. It happens.) and bent it so my only mistake was in just buying one. I’d done that because I was not sure how well it would work. I’ll be buying the 5-pack now. I bought some porter cable ones at a local store to do the last couple cuts with (only because it is an hour drive to HD and 15 min to the other place and I was racing daylight) And the porter cable did not compare. It did not cut anywhere near as well as these. Granted it was not horrible but after using these I can’t go back to those. I still have 3 of the porter cable but I’m getting 5 more of these and I’ll only use the porter cable ones if I don’t have anything else on hand and don’t have time to get more of these.

Long reach blade. Perfect tooth count. Shredded the branches and went through a 4 inch trunk

I have used a variety of demo blades for trimming trees and bushes but this makes nicer cuts and works quicker than a demo blade. I will still use the demo blades for cutting roots. Not as quick as chainsaw, but much better than a hand saw.

I like this sharp blade very much. I was trying to cut down some 3″ branches off my lemon tree but my old blade couldn’t handle it. Bought this blade and it cut very well. I bent it twice when it hit something hard but I was able to hammer it out straight. Should have purchased a pack of 5 or more as I will need more of this.Pretty good price for the money. Homedepot’s new shipping push was excellent at record time.

Used it with a Makita battery-powered reciprocating saw, cutting tree roots in the ground. After two days of sawing, the blade is as sharp as the day I started. I bought two blades, but I have not had to replace the first one.

High winds knocked “a lot” of oak limbs out of mine and my neighbors trees. Our yards are approximately 2 acres with lots of trees. Chainsaw getting too heavy for me to use for long. A Saws All is much lighter n weight. These 9 inch and 12 inch pruning blades allowed me to cut 9 inch diameter limbs with ease making clean up much easier. Happy with this purchase

Great tool for pruning and digging out tree stumps. Sad that these have to be special ordered and cannot be picked up at local Home Depot.

Great for pruning trees, bushes, or cutting through studs. Don’t try to cut nails with them, but they work great for wood.
