I needed a very large gate for a very strong dog who esapced, knocked over or jumped over every other gate we had before, the extensions allowed us to limit her to her the kitchen area of the house only, she has yet to knock it down after many attempts of ramming it with her body, also you do not have to apply hardware into your walls its mounts right against the wall and does not leave any marks at all. Would recommend for anyone who has a large opening that needs gate off, they are also super easy to install!

The Dreambaby Chelsea gates are sturdy, easy to install, and very adjustable (so long as you measure in advance and purchase the correct extensions). The gate can stay open for pets (when kids are sleeping) and is very easy for adults to open with one hand. Don’t forget to measure in advance and get the correct size gate and extensions.

I would give this gate a higher star but its an awkward fit, even though it was in the measurement range it was off by 1-2 inches and I had to put a 1×4 for it to fit. It still could be sturdier. Plus it is awkward on the botton due to my molding. Plus the extenstion piece came missing a plastic piece that holds in the connecting rods/screws. I made it work instead of going through the hassle of returning it.
