I receieved this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbias opinion. I was skeptical of this product working as there appears to be little to no adhesive on them. However They do stick well. My issue with this product is the lack of cushioning. I accidentally tested this product myself. The product does protect against hitting a corner but it is hard as well so the impact is still there. While missing the corners sharp edge is a plus a small child could still be hurt if running into the same corner. I feel if the product offered soft foam on the outside as an impact protection it would be much more effective.

I sampled the classic foam corner protectors and I think they are pretty good. They work for what is intended. I just don’t like that they are a bit too bulky, but I guess they’re made that way for them to be used for the purpose of protecting kids from getting injured on the furniture corners.

I’d bought these to place on the corners of the shelves of my BBQ grill. They’re intended to prevent the grill’s canvas cover from ripping when being taken off and being replaced. They’re affixed in place where they’re applied by a tenacious adhesive coating on their insides. However, the heat from grilling keeps the adhesive soft and prevents it from curing to the shelve’s surfaces, even though I’d thought that they’d be far enough away from the grill’s burners for that to happen. They’re still in place, and I’ve used the grill several times, but I suspect that, at some point, they will be pulled off by the removal and replacement action of the grill’s canvas cover. However, while they may not be ideal for the purpose I’d put them to, they’d be great for any cushioning purpose for which they’re intended, away from a heat source. They are springy soft, and would prevent a child from being injured by a furniture corner. That’s why I still gave them a 5 star rating.

I really liked this product, it helped keep my little one who is running around and doesn’t have the best balance safe. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 start rating is because the color was off a little bit. But these were perfect for a little one running around your house.

Corner protectors blend in with the wood on our dresser. We had to glue them down because the tape would not adhere to the wood grain (not ha fault of the product!)
