I don’t think it’s very durable plastic compared to other door knob covers. My two year old managed to rip the door cover right off.

It did take me a minute to figuer out which way but still super easy. They work well, my three year old has no idea how to open which is great. Super easy to open after you put it on. Overal great product works great.

These knob covers helped to keep my toddler from opening doors she didn’t need to open. It’s very hard for toddlers to grip and open. For adults you have to grip and press and it takes getting use to. I would recommend for parents of growing children to keep them safe.

My daughter kept trying to open our basement door. I struggled to get them on but only for like two seconds bc it’s a quick installation I just didn’t read the directions so it probably took me an extra second. But now my daughter cannot fall down the basement steps and I don’t have to worry. Highly recommend!

The Ezy-Fit Door Knob Covers are much safer and easier to use compared to other products I have tried. My toddler somehow was able to open the door with other safety door knobs, but not with the Ezy-Fit Door Knob Covers. It makes it very difficult for him to turn the knob which is a relief for me. I am definitely going to buy more and put one on every door knob in my house, especially the laundry room and basement. I was not aware of the Ezy-Fit Door Knob Covers before participating in this program but I am so glad I did. I am always nervous about my 2 year old trying to explore the outdoors. Obviously he’s rarely unsupervised. But if I’m helping his older brother upstairs and he’s downstairs the thought always crosses my mind… “shoot! He’s very curious. I hope he’s not trying to escape!” These knob covers definitely put my mind at ease. They were simple to install, no hardware needed. I have yet to find a knob cover that fits my front door perfectly. And it seems I’m still on the hunt. I feel that these are just a tad too big, making it really hard to fit your fingers in the holes of the cover to twist the door knob. When my husband is home I have to take them off because he can’t fit his bigger fingers in there to twist the knob at all to get in and out. The overall quality of them seem good. Just plastic but quite durable. My suggestion would be to measure the doorknob to make sure these will fit before purchasing.

So there is a gigantic learning curve with using these around your house, but once you get it, it gets much better to use these. I initially used one on my basement door since I really didn’t want my ever-growing 18 month old learning how to open that door and falling down the stairs. The issue I ran into was I was the one having problems trying open the door with this handle cover that makes it very difficult to grab a hold of the actual door handle, turn it, and be able to successfully go into the basement. After a few weeks though, I started to get the hang of it, and thankfully my son still hasn’t been able to open the door. I wish it was a little easier for adults to use, but it really does work from keeping toddlers and small children from opening doors that they shouldn’t.
