My Dremel Stylo+ works great!!!!! It’s great to have a battery that stays charged for hours! I use to to do all my dogs nails! So easy and fast work on the dogs who are not bothered by the noise! Great buy!

I have had my new 2050 Stylo Dremel a few months know and it is awesome! I use it for all sorts of wood working, crafting, grinding, sanding a sharpening. They stylo’s smaller size works great and it is easy to control and comfortable especially when using my dominant hand that I have had 3 surgeries on and arthritis! I have two other bigger size Dremel but I love the 2050 Stylo the best and use it the most it does pretty much everything that the big ones will do that I use it for! Thanks for making a great rotary tool that is comfortable and exceeds expectations!

I am in nail tech and I am constantly through nail drills. I have never been able to find one that can hold up to the amount of acrylic nails I do! So I decided to give a Dremel a try. It works fantastically! The Stylo is very light weight, and it’s very close in size to my last couple nail drill hand pieces. It is easy to use and the cord is long enough to get to where I need it. I would love to see a Stylo II made with a reverse button and a 3/32 bit size as that’s the typical bit size for nail drill bits. But I was fully aware that this did not have those two things when I purchased it. In all actuality I would just really like to see Dremel make a nail drill and I think it would be a big hit! Especially if it was available to buy in a store like this one was. My biggest problem ordering new nail drills is I always have to wait two weeks to get them in the mail and when I need when I need it now!

Great tool! Takes up little space and very versatile for crafts! Less noisier than it’s big Dremel brothers.

It was shown as something that could sculpt Rock. The bits that came with it were not strong enough to work. We’ll be buying new bits for the Dremel. Smells very warm when you’re using it but has a pleasant feel in the hand.

This is the best Dremel I have ever had. It’s light and easy to handle. The cord doesn’t get in the way of what your carving. Great product.

I bought this because it was slimmer than the other rotary tools. I have smaller hands and holding the larger 3000 can be cumbersome at weird angles or extended lengths of time. The size and easy of changing out the accessories of the 2050 gets five stars. It also has adjustable speed, Dremel please make a speed option that starts at zero though. My only complaint is my disappointment with the lack of torque. It’s marketed as a “craft” dremel but isn’t worth purchasing if you plan on doing any serious work. The motor slowed down significantly if I pushed the tool into the media. If you are doing a polish, sanding, etc. and don’t mind spending a longer time to get your desired outcome then this will be fine. I, on the other hand, want to get the job done. Dremel, please make this smaller handled tool with more torque!

I’m a gourd artist; Carving and cutting gourds for about 30 years; have always used Dremel to do these jobs. I just found a new (for me), use for this item though; I used the Stylo+ to file down my dogs nails; you need to be careful not to hit the pads on dog’s paw; it will burn! But as far as the filing of the nails, it works wonderfully on a setting, of 1-3, depending. I had bought one of those as seen on tv deals, years ago; but it just didn’t cut the mustard with me; this is clean filing, and if you do it right way, saves time, as well as nerves on you as well as the dog. Not only that, but it’s very quiet, which that in itself is a great thing when dealing with nervous dogs.

I bought this because I thought that it would be better than buying a whole new pen attachment for the Dremel/Rotozip due to the fact that my friend used it and broke the middle wire on the inside so it no longer worked. My intuition was right! It is easier to use and perfect for travel, whether it be engraving onto surfaces, to cutting through some metals, to polishing gems and or even shining up some small car parts (which I just did) it is perfect! Exactly what I wanted, thank you!

I’ve owned a Dremel for years to use for small projects, so I thought I’d upgrade to a new one. My wife instantly fell in love with this tool for wood carving and other craft projects. I like the adjustable speed, but I’ve noticed that the motor isn’t powerful enough for some jobs. I also like that it’s corded because you can work with it for hours without having to recharge the battery. Overall a great tool, and I’m pleased with the purchase.

Even though this Dremel is their smallest model, it doesn’t lack in power. I originally purchased a larger model, but ended up exchanging it for the stylo model, and I’m glad I did.

I got this as a gift from a friend because I was engraving pictures into wood boxes and wooden plaques. The stylo is easy to hold and work with, and with it being corded, I don’t have to charge batteries, since I will sit sometimes for a few hours engraving with it!

I am receiving a free accessory pack from Dremel in exchange for my honest review. My main hobby is wood turning, and being a novice I make a lot of mistakes that I then fix up by sanding. Initially I bought Stylo+ just for this purpose, but turned out it can do so much more! I was worried about the lack power initially, but the 5-speed is plentiful to get done almost anything I set my mind to. I almost never dial it to 5 – for carving wood, speeds 2-4 work best for me depending on the drill bit.I was initially torn between the bigger cordless tool and this Stylo, but having tried the former at a friend’s house, I definitely wanted something smaller. Yes, there are shafts for bigger dremels, and no, they are not as comfortable as the Stylo. Very happy with my purchase!
