I bought this tool 2 weeks ago because u realized I’d never finish polishing my bronze jewelry creations with sand paper. The tool is so light on your hand and the cord is so long that you can easily work on little details.

It was not easy to figure out how to lock the Bit in place and the Instructions were not that Helpful!

I received this as a gift, because I love my Dremel tools. I’ve only used it twice but am so happy with it. It’s light, powerful, and I don’t have the shaft “pulling on me! It’s already become my top shelf tool.

Just got this 3 days ago.And was so excited to use this to polish my silverware. It had impossible stains on the item i tried to restore, using the buff tool made it a breeze and the its nike brand new. Cant wait to finish my bigger silver pot with intricate designs on it. Thats my next weeks project.

I am so spoiled and clearly biased – this is my current go-to for everything that doesn’t require for or a hammer – but I wish my Stylo had just a tad more oomph! Easy in the hand, and has a lovely long cord, this Dremel will teach you the Art of the Dremel Rotary Tool: you have to let the weight of the device do the work, because she will give up and bail out if you try to force the function. Highly adjustable for screaming fast to down to deliberate, and extremely dependable – I’ve killed one Dremel rotary tool in the last 10 years, and this isn’t it! This Dremel doesn’t seem to get as hot as many of my others have, either.Great value, great overall tool, and perfect for someone who needs a versatile device without stressing over adverse size or weight, from crafter to artisan!!

I was in the middle of cutting an old piece of steel conduit pipe when my old Dremel died. It had served me well for several years and I was heartbroken. Want to continue with what I was doing, I went shopping and this was the only Dremel I could find in stock anywhere local, so I bought it. It is too light weight for what I was doing and the type of uses I normally have. The anti-stall future might be good for some applications but not for what I was doing. It kept stopping. I can not recommend this Dremel but I remain a Dremel fan. I ordered and have received a Dremel 3000 and I look forward to many years of good use from it.

Only reason I gave 4 stars is one of the sanding bits came apart while sanding Hickory. Other than that, pretty happy as I will be using it to carve hickory walking sticks with animal heads on them and for engraving a pair of hickory canoe paddles.

The Dremel is fantastic and perfect for my hand. Being a woman the larger ones would’ve been to big. I use it to do my nails and my husbands been using it to carve the wood from all the projects he’s been doing during the Shelter-n-Place.
