When I received the Dremel tool I did a visual inspection of it, made sure all parts were there, and they fit right. Pluged it in and turned it on checked all the speeds all checked good. Did noticed that some of the air vents were not completely opened, some were blocked by extra plastic and was not cut off before assembling, this will cause the motor to over heat. Also the fan has a wabble to it when spinning, may be caused by the hole was drilled off center or on a slant this can cause the tool to vibrate more at higher speeds. Being made with plastic parts may not last as long as metal, and can chip, crack, warp, and may not be as accurate as metal would be. I still consider this tool an over all Good tool.

I’ve used this tool to cut slots in a metal cabinet, route slots in wood and grind off metal burrs. It is ergonomic, runs beautifully and the kit has great accessories for somebody like me purchasing their first rotary tool of this type. The case is very good too, with room for everything and raised pictographs showing you where to store each item. Very pleased with the tool and my purchase experience.

I just bought my second dremel after my last one wore out. This tool has so many uses its unreal. If you have a job to do this is the one, MUST HAVE tool. It can do it all and out of all my tools it’s the one I always have a use for. As for price you can’t beat is. Even with the others out there. There is no comparison with the quality and dependability of a dremel.

This is a great set if you will use the included attachments and accessories, as these all cost much more individually than they do in this set. The dremel unit itself is top-notch, very powerful but easy to hold and handle. I find the included accessories very useful, the handle is great for added control, there’s the cutting tool and circular cutting tool. Accessories are easy enough to change out with the included wrench, but if you want more convenience I’d recommend getting the optional collet that can be hand tightened & loosened like a drill (sold separately). The case is useful too, as a lot of the dremel accessories are rather small and it keeps things together nicely.

This is a great Dremel kit which includes enough accessories to get you started on most any projects. It is compatible will all the Dremel attachments and bits too. Sawing, drilling, grinding, sanding and so much more.It operates at 35,000 RPM full speed and has a variable speed control. It has enough power to do any rotary tool job and stay in control of the tool at the same time. I really like the separate on/off switch. Once you have the proper speed set on the variable control if you need to turn off the tool when you turn it back on it’s still set right where I need it to be. It comes with a good informative manual to help you get started and a nice case to keep everything easy to find and carry. There is a whole Dremel community for all the hints, tips and support you’ll ever need.If your a DIY person a hobbyist or creator this tool is a must.
