Dremel has provided me this product in exchange for an honest review. This was a blessing in disguise. I had just bought a set of bits that I needed these collets for. They hold true, no slipping, which is what you need at high speeds. I would recommend this set to anyone needing this size collets. If you buy the actual Dremel products you know you are getting the best accessories for your Dremel.

I currently have 5 Dremel rotary tools and 4 small pencil rotary tools, I use all of them for different uses for wood carving, sanding, and cutting. Many of the bits I use have different size shafts, so I need them all the time.

There is a slow speed and FAST… there is no in between. So far that is my only complaint.

Took the place of the original which I misplaced. Glad it was available without buying a new tool.

Dremel rotary tools have been my primary go to device as I repair, rebuild & fabricate parts for pianos, accordions, etc. And the collet nut set is indispensable as it permits drills, cutting tips, sanding tips, etc. to be attached quickly. Dremel does a great job with their tools. I’ve used third party bits, etc., & been disappointed repeatedly.Dremel has provided me this product in exchange for an honest review.

Good thing to keep on hand in case you lose or damage a collet. Worked well for Me, I had some old polishing wheels I got in Germany in the 70’s. There was a collet in the set which fit them. Dremel has provided me this product in exchange for an honest review.

Dremel has provided me with this product in exchange for an honest review. I already owned several of these sets since I have 2 Dremals, Corded and non-corded. They all worked as designed however, once they made available the Multi-Pro Chuck, I have not gone back to to this collet style. The Pro Chuckis soooo much easier and faster to use.

The Dremel Tool Quick Change Collet Nuts are what you need if you want to quickly change out your tools and accessories. They make change outs very quick and easy. I used my Dremel tool by itself and also with the flexible shaft so it’s handy to have a couple of sets. They safely secure the accessories to your Dremel tool and are a must have! If you’re using a rotary tool for anything but drilling with drill bits, you need collets. The tool is useless without them. The only problems are that a) they are small, and b) there are four different sizes. Even if you do 98% of your projects with one size, you know there will be that moment when you need a tip that’s on a thinner shaft. So if you don’t have these in your collection, and more than one of each, it’s an easy decision. I have also found that collet sets from other manufacturers are sometimes not as precise as true Dremel. One request to Dremel: PLEASE sell these in a little case or box, not just the bubble pack. Just opening them started them on their lifelong quest to escape my possession!Dremel has provided me this product in exchange for an honest review.

PERFECT FOR WHAT I PURCHASED IT FOR.

I used to work at a dental lab, and ended up with a bunch of polishing wheels and different grinding stones which had a thinner shaft then the standard Dremel bits. The collet assortment made for an easy transition to the different types of shafts.

Dremel has provided me this product in exchange for an honest review. With that said I am very happy with the product and the quality it has to help me make those finishing touches to thr projects I do around the house. As an artist and creator these are an excelent fit to the multipurpose rotary tools that are corded and cordless. The accesories fit tight and safely. Thank you.
