I had 1/8″ gaps and used the 1/8″ bit to remove excess thinset before grouting. It worked fast, easy and didn’t damage my tile or the glass inset tiles I used. The bit didn’t seem to get dull at all and worked great.

Does the job! I had stone flooring in my shower with a few rocks that were touching causing the grout to pop out. I used the Dremel with this it and it cut the stone to 1/8 gap which solved my issue.

Both the 1/8 and 1/16 bit were a joy to use on my bathtub/shower…and being so inexperienced the directions were easy to follow, clean-up was a breeze. OH, be sure to use the plastic guides to steady the bid and make a straight and only as deep a groove as is necessary!
