A review on this battery is tough because it doesn’t have a good reputation to begin with. Yes, it fits the Dremel tool I bought it for but the real test will be how long it lasts before it will not charge anymore. As I just purchased this item I can not say at this time.

I bought mine a few months ago with an extra battery so I could switch batteries when needed. I do dog grooming and use this for nails I can usually get 2 or 3 dogs done (8 or 12 toes total) before it dies. One battery won’t even hold a charge anymore. Is there anyway to keep my 7300 but just upgrade the battery to something better?!?

I have the cordless 7300 PT and need a new battery due to my own negligence. I always had it in the charger unless I was using the dremel, didn’t let it drain then recharge it which killed the battery. I’m a groomer and this battery and dremmel are perfect for all nail trims!

I have owned the 755-01 4.8V MiniMite Battery and charger that came with my Dremel 4.8V MiniMite 7300 series cordless rotary tools for at least 5 years. I was surprised and disappointed to see that it got so many poor reviews.It uses a nickel-cadmium battery pack, which is ideal for my situation. It allows the battery to lie dormant for very long periods of time, without being damaged or destroyed by falling below a certain voltage (as with Lithium-ion alternatives). The “memory effect” is quite manageable, because it’s easy to allow the tool to be left on for a period of time after the battery is depleted. The mitigates the memory effect.Therefore, I know I can always count on this tool to work perfectly, after a short recharging time, I know the tool is ready for a full load for a reasonably-expected duration. I simply don’t need the extended run-time of a lithium battery, or the unreliability of it sitting idle for a long time.

I use this to grind dog nails. I bought 2 so I would have 2 batteries. The grinder itself is great, nice and quiet but the batteries are garbage. Both batteries will not hold a charge after 2 years use (once a week). Dremel, everyone here has the same complaint, you need to fix our issues with the battery. Sending a new charger doesn’t help us. It’s the batteries

I have the older dremel , mini mite , the new battery is configured a little different, so i took the battery’s apart and found the battery’s were compatible, so i was able to rebuild my old battery pack and it work’s perfect .
