I am a busy dog groomer. These are the fastest best nail grinder currently on the market. However these are not made as well as they used to be. The battery or charger only last 6-8 months. Used to have at least a year of no problem use. Not the case anymore

This is my second Dremel. My first one has lasted over ten years, and many many projects. I bought this new one for its versatility, no cords means km able to do other types of projects, without the limitations of being sick near a power outlet. My first project with this new one was a wind chime, as I was working with the materials many ideas of what project I SHOULD start next. This is indeed a great tool./ ;;;The only CON is the battery doesn’t always stay in.

I’m a renovator by trade, in need of a grinder that would fit in small confined spaces. Upon going to a big box store, I looked through the tool section and spotted the Dremel 7700-1-15. Now Dremel makes different different variations of this type of tool, however I wanted a cordless because it would be easier to maneuver in small places. I am glad I chose this model because it did the job I wanted it for and more. You can also buy different accessories to expand its uses.

This unit replaces a previous one from way back that just plain wore out. A good tool, priced well, many attachments available. Hope it lasts as long as the first one, eleven years.

We used the Dremel to file our dog’s nails. Product is of good quality and great value. Still have many other parts to utilize and I am looking forward to working with the rest of the product.

I use the drill to increase the hole size on glass & acrylic beads. I have small hands and the drill is easy to hold and not too heavy. The dual speeds are nice feature since I can use the slower speed for glass and the higher speed for acrylic. Took me awhile to figure out how the collets worked, though! I haven’t used it enough to speak to the battery life. Do like the removable battery – can always have a backup ready when the primary runs out of juice.

I love my dremel and its many uses. It comes with lots of attachments. Makes projects go so much smoother and works great with the attachment for doing dogs nails. What will they come up with next.? Very well made and works great.

Charged up and worked perfectly out of the box. Have used it for several tasks using both sanding and grinding bits so far. Battery has stayed fully charged on the initial charge for each of the tasks without recharging even though several weeks passed between the first and last usage. Very pleased with its ergonomic feel and ease of use. Love that it is not tethered to an electrical cord although I realize and accept that I am dependent upon battery charge and power.

A cordless Dremel rotary tool has been my go to tool for several years. When my previous Dremel finally got too old, I was wondering which to get next. I like the simplicity and size of the 7700-1/15. More compact than my previous model. Two speeds: low or high. Previous model had variable speed, but most of my projects only required high for cutting, or low for some detail work. Battery life is good. Smaller size make it easier to control. Current project is cutting a stainless steel mirror down to a size I can carry in my wallet. Cuts through the stainless and smoothes the edges well.
