It’s the entry level rotary saw/polisher of the Dremel line. Good for small projects. I own most of the corded/cordless Dremels and this one is handy for polishing and cleaning hard to reach places in cookware and outdoor tools. The two speeds are adequate, but I much prefer the pricier models that have gradual speed increases.

Loved the smaller size making it easier to hold while crafting. 2 speed was ok (spoiled by an corded adjustable). It was great to just pop in the battery an start using wherever I was working instead of having to bring the project to the outlet. Had no problem etching wood or stripping metal. Definitely a good addition to my crafting arsenal!

I found myself using my corded Dremel rotary tool so I decided to cut the cord and go wireless! I was concerned that it wouldn’t have enough power for some of the things that I was going to use it for, but I was wrong! Plenty of power in this small unit! If you’ve thought about going cordless give this a try!

I use this tool when electricity is unavailable. It has enough power to sharpen lawn mower blades and other grinding jobs. It’s good for buffing and polishing.

I’m really happy with Dremel 7.2 but I had a hard time with getting the bits insertedbut once I did I was totally happy with the performance of it.

I got the 7700 MultiPro Rotary kit a month or two ago and have been using it for many projects around the house. It is great in a pinch or a tight spot to clean up an edge or to shine a bit of metal up. Upon opening hte box I was greeted with a great array of tools and was happily surprised to find a tool sharpener attachment which works pretty great. The only drawback that I have found is that the battery capacity is a bit low. I was using it for some heavier sanding and it’s speed and torque started to drop out after 5 minutes or so. Overall it is a great product to use and fits well in my hand without being unwieldy.

The first thing I noticed while using the 7700 unit was that it has more power, spins faster and I have to use less force when working on a project or sharpening blades. I like the overall size of the 7700 than my old 7300 as it feels more comfortable in my hand and allows me to get a better grip on those hard to cut/trim items. Being cordless is always a plus when mobility is needed for a job as well. Now I can go out to my greenhouse / garden and trim my tools on the spot without having to bring them into the garage.. Just make sure you wear safety glasses when cutting or trimming.. Safety first. Battery life did not disappoint on this tool. I was able to complete most of my tasks with no sign of the 7700 slowing down or bogging down. Overall, this tool is my go to now and the 7300 will be handed down to a family member.
