I love this thing. I’ve had it for over a year now & use it more than my hammer…The lack of the 5th star is due to the fact that you can’t use alot of Dremel accessories with it. I purchased this tool to use with a pair of diamond coated nail files for my dogs. The tool works beautifully. I love the light which helps me to see the quick of their nails and this tool has less vibration and more rpm’s than my previous tool and that helps my dogs to relax and except the process. I’m a much happier owner who self-grooms two Bichons.

I bought this to shorten my dogs’ nails with the idea to use for other small projects as well. It’s challenging to place the tool into the charger so that it charges. Can’t just set the tool into the charger base. The tool is very loud on anything but the lowest setting.

I really like my micro tool, I use it for crafting type stuff, and for bigger projects. I like using the shaping tools for wood projects probably the most. The only thing I don’t care for is you can’t use other attachments like the router or saw attachment. Other than that it’s a nice tool

I’ve had my original Dremel for over 25 years, and it’s still going strong. I found I was in a situation where I required a cordless Dremel, so I picked up the Micro 8 V Max Tool Kit about 8 – 10 months ago. Man, this thing can practically go all day on a single charge. I didn’t think there was anyway the power would compare to my 25 year old original corded Dremel, but again I was wrong. I have seen a rare occasion where the cordless binds and stalls, but this was usually my fault for using it incorrectly. My new cordless Micro 8 V Max is my go to for most jobs.

I Just restored my Silver oil lamp with my Micro, love it.Oh btw the tape on my dremel is to hold that sticker that was peeled of when i took it out of the box, had to take two stars off for funny stuff like this. Hope Dremel helps me out with a spare sticker the dremel works amazing though.
