I needed to cut off several screws. I put 1 cut off tool in the mandrel, and it cut off all of them. Most other cut off wheels break and you have to keep replacing them. Not this tool!

After using this attachment I was reminded about the first time I used a keyless chuck on a drill. They make life so much easier. Now I don’t have to remove the entire bit just to move from accessory to accessory. Amazing. Dremel has provided me this product in exchange for an honest review.

EZ Lock Mandrels and the Attachments made for its use I find are the easiest way to accomplish multiple tasks using Dremel Rotary Tool. I change Attachments in a project often, and also wear down attachments, this is the quickest way swap out items such as Cutting Wheels and Grinding Wheel in unison without the need to use any tool (Screwdriver) to change between attachments. Abrasive Buffs come in many grits and styles to sand away rust or clean areas, and most projects involving their use involve several changes from wear and grit changes, this is where using the EZ Lock proves itself most efficient for Dremel Rotary Users.

I have been using Dremel products for many years, and this little accessory has made it much more convenient for me to use my dremel. Not having to find the removal tool and deal with a small screw every time I need a different accessory is a game changer for me! This mandrel has also been as reliable as the original, so far.
