It’s not so easy to lose this cap and it is so easy to use. A soft grip allows to a firm hold to unscrew the cap and the built in wrench slips neatly over the collet. A quick twist and the collet is loosened, the new bit is put in and just a quick twist tightens the collet again. No more shouting because you can’t find the spanner! Check out all the other models that use this great accessory – I’m getting one for my Dremel 300 so it matches my Dremel 3000!

Once again Dremel has proved their loyality to their customers.Obviously, every company wants their past customers to purchase their newest products which always seem to be just a bit more expensive than their last product. However, Dremels EZ Twist Nose Cap for Rotary Tools demonstrates their commitment to previous customers.The EZ Twist Nose Cap allows owners of older Dremels to remove the old nose cap and replace with the new Nose Cap which allows users to loosen the collet without having to use the Dremel wrench which always seems to be misplaced!Thank you for a great,(and inexpensive..) product.Dan

If you have just Dremel’s Standard Collet Nut Kit with your Dremel Rotary Tool, the EZ Twist Nose Cap is the first item I would recommend you should add. Tightening and the Loosening of Rotary Tool Collets in the past required a provided wrench to install the Mandrel with your Attachment, which Dremel Rotary Tools still provides with your Rotary Tool. The Dremel EZ Twist Nose Cap is slotted to exactly fit the cone of the collet and allow you to Tighten or Loosen by hand quickly as you work, and increases the value of the Standard 1 1/2 (Screw On) Mandrell that comes with your Dremel Rotary Tool, and offers the widest range possible Dremel’s Attachments sold at Home Depot.

This soft easy to snows cap Came with my 200 series Dremel and I absolutely love it I wish it was a little more compatible with other things but it in itself it just is a timesaver I’d like the option to be able to switch out bits on the spot and makes for a nice aesthetic to the Dremel unit in itself as far as the way it looks great product would recommend to anybody
