The EZ688-01 contains Dremel EZ Lock cutting wheels that last longer than the regular cut-off wheels. The Dremel EZ Lock system makes accessory changes as easy as pull – twist – release. Contains 10 EZ Lock cut-off wheels, (4 metal-cutting wheels, 3 thin-cut wheels and 3 plastic cutting-wheels), and 1 EZ402 mandrel. The EZ Lock system is compatible with all Dremel Rotary Tools. An EZ Lock mandrel, EZ Lock cut-off wheels and the handy collet fan are part of the 713-01 130-Piece kit filled with genuine Dremel accessories. Offering reusable storage bins and lift-out trays for easy organization of the included bits, this kit is ready for cutting, grinding, polishing, sanding, cleaning and more. The kit also includes sanding bands, sandpaper discs, polishing compound, felt polishing wheels, aluminum oxide grinding stones, silicon carbide grinding stone, mandrels, wire brush, wrench and a reusable carrying case with clear lid.

All I really needed was the mandrel and a couple of the “plastic cutting” blades. Since no stores seem to carry the refill blades, I was forced to buy this kit for way more than I had hoped. The tool did the job I needed, but for much more cash than I had planned to spend.
