The Dremel Multi-Max 3 in. Wood and Drywall Circular Saw Blades are great for making precise cuts in soft woods and drywall. Use the blades for various projects including cutting openings in flooring for venting, repairing damaged flooring and cutting openings for electrical boxes.
- Newly designed universal quick fit interface for compatibility with most oscillating tool brands
- Blade can also be used for window restoration to remove glazing
- All multi-max accessories are max performance tested for endurance in real-life applications
- Blades work best on softer woods such as pine, for harder woods, the blade life will be limited
- Use blades at medium to high speeds

I used this blade exclusively for cutting drywall. As is typical for these types of saws, dust creation was minimal (but wear a mask anyway). Secondly, expect to exchange blades after some cutting. Mine lasted about 40 feet in 1/2 inch drywall and cut all the way through in 90% of the cuts. By the way, this particular blade has a diameter of 3-1/2 inches. There is also an (obsolete?) blade with the same part number (M450) that is 2-7/8 diameter . That is a little small for cutting 1/2 inch material in a corner. It would be nice if Home Depot published the real diameter instead of the approximate diameter. It would be even nicer if Dremel didn’t use the same part number for different parts!

Excellent blades for cutting drywall and wood. Wouldn’t know how to get by without it now that I’ve started using them!

worked exactly as expected

I love my dremel but the blade costs have gotten a bit ridiculous. Not noticing a big difference in the tooth / material quality of the generics, although the dremels do refile a bit easier.

When I bought my Dremel, the ‘Wood & Drywall’ blade came with it (as did others). I don’t understand why Home Depot does not stock the blades in the store that originally came with the Dremel? A blade is introduced to the customer, then is not offered on the store shelf! ????
