The MM482U Wood and Metal Flush Cut Blade is the same cutting accessory as the current MM482, but with the new U2 interface. It cuts wood and metal materials, including soft and hard woods, plastic, drywall, copper, nails, screws and other metals. The MM482U has the first truly universal oscillating accessory interface in the market so no adapter needed allowing for easy fit with all competitive tools.
- Multi-Max quick fit design helps provide fast accessory changes
- Fits Multi-Max MM20 and MM40 tools (not recommended for use with the Multi-Max 6300)
- Bi-Metal blade material for high performance wood/metal cutting applications
- High-performance flush cut blade is great for cutting door jambs and tack strips for flooring applications

This worked really well for what I need it for, which was cutting through some very old nails in a salvaged barn door. There were some nails on the surface that just needed to be cut flush with the boards, and it did a great job on that. Trying to run it underneath a wood latch to cut the nails holding it on the door was a little tedious because the blade kept working loose every few seconds, but it eventually got the job done. I probably cut through a total of 15 nails and it’s still got some life left in it, but it’s starting to wear down. All in all, great tool for a specific application like mine.

Cuts like it should. Goes on the best took I’ve ever owned. If you dont have an oscillating tool you should. A must if you do floors for undercutting doors.
