The MM482U Wood and Metal Flush Cut Blade is the same cutting accessory as the current MM482, but with the new U2 interface. It cuts wood and metal materials, including soft and hard woods, plastic, drywall, copper, nails, screws and other metals. The MM482U has the first truly universal oscillating accessory interface in the market so no adapter needed allowing for easy fit with all competitive tools.
- Multi-Max quick fit design helps provide fast accessory changes
- Fits Multi-Max MM20 and MM40 tools (not recommended for use with the Multi-Max 6300)
- Bi-Metal blade material for high performance wood/metal cutting applications
- High-performance flush cut blade is great for cutting door jambs and tack strips for flooring applications

This blade was not the right one for the job I was doing but it was a replacement for the same blade which was a very good fit for several other jobs.

Dremel Quality. I was doing a wood floor project and needed this to cut the baseboards in places. This did the trick, quick and easy professional looking cuts. Reasonably priced. I like the scale on the sides, it came in handy.

Stuff you must have all the time

Blade does not lock all way down. Holes line up and it works ok but there is a gap where blade fits in. Not sure if that is correct or not

Works but, they are all expensive.

Installed a laminate floor and this tool was amazing .Able to easily and accurately cut bottom of moulding to get the perfect flooring fit . Tool has plenty of cutting power and the variable speed setting is a nice touch.

I learned the expensive way to not buy ‘off brand’ blades for my Dremel tool. The non-Dremel branded blades not only did not cut as well but lasted half as long before they were dull. This Dremel blade cuts through metal like butter and lasts a very long time before it is dull. Highly recommend.

I believe for what they are they are way overpriced

Fair value and fair price

labeled as “universal” and probably 8 or so ‘dremel-type’ tools were listed as “fits these tools”; did not include the harbor freight brand (“Chicago Electric” as in Chicago, China), but DOES fit that tool as well, cuts like a charm.
