I’ve only used it for grout removal, but it did that well and without undue noise and vibration. I did wear ear protection. The Dewalt does not offer a sufficiently narrow blade for my grout, so finding this solved a big problem.

I bought this tool for a specific project – redoing the grout in our walk-in shower. In short, the tool made relatively easy work of a tedious and messy job. Well designed and efficient.

Purchased blade for new dremel tool that I bought. Used it to remove ceramic tile that I replaced. Lasted for about 10 each 16″ x 16″ piece’s of tile that I removed.

I purchased the Dremel Grout Removal blade after purchasing and using an off-brand from a discount store. This cost more, but it easily lasted twice as long or longer. It ripped through the grout I needed to remove. It also cut a few tiles that I needed to trim back, even though that is not the intended use of this blade.

Works good but not very durable. OK for small jobs but don’t plan on a whole wall or floor with just one blade.

Blade teeth wore out but lasted long enough for job.

I restore tile and grout showers for a living and have tried all the blades. Most are over $30 and did not last anywhere near as long as this Dremel blade. No blade lasts very long when you hit the thinset that has squeezed into the grout line, but on a well grouted shower, the longest lasting blade is this one. I got about 40 linear feet out of this or about 10 tiles cut out on a shower. Let the weight of the dremel do the work when you can and do not force it. Keep the blade straight and level.
