If, like me, you’re tired of poor-quality drill bits that can barely survive one pass through 1/8-inch mild steel plate, I highly recommend these made in USA bits as an alternative. So far, I’ve only used the 25/64-inch bit to drill three holes through 3/16-inch plate, but what a pleasure! My drill press calmly motored through with moderate applied force and no hesitation. I think they’re a good value. The only ding I would give is that the metal index box is kind of wimpy and the leaf hinges tend to come off their pivot points. Not really a big deal, and one I may be able to remedy with some rivets.
