Have had my Echo 58v mower going on 4 years and the only thing i replaced is the drag flap. The battery is showing defective (red light) after charging. After 15 minutes it is dead. Have been calling Echo 877-652-0112 and after an hour on hold I got a ringing signal then a busy signal and it hangs up. Did this three days in a row’ Forget pressing 1 for call back, you will get busy signal and hang up. Home Depot will charge you to send it it a repair guy and you will get the battery back saying they could find nothing wrong with it. As far as the mower goes tool only it is great. My neighbor has one and her battery is doing the same.

My local echo dealer let me demo this unit at a couple of my accounts and man i must say i was surprised at the power and run time of this unit. I did 2 houses with decent sized lawns and only used 1 bar on the battery. I then took it home and my 3 year old wanted to help mow the lawn. It was light enough for him to push and get about 20 min cutting our yard before the battery died. Over all i like the unit. Does a good job with mulching along with bagging the clippings. Its a solid built unit from what i can tell so far . I will definitely be adding this to my echo line

I really like the cut on my lawn. The problem I got with this lawnmower is that it was delivered with a defective front Tire. I am in the process of waiting for a replacement tire. The box it was delivered in was sliced up a little and the UPS guy made note of that. Other that this, the lawnmower looks and runs great./

Incredibly light, yet powerful mower. Excellent battery life. Bonus for folding / vertical storage to save garage space. I cut two and a half acres total. 3/4 of it with a Zero Turn but I use this push mower for tighter areas, persnickety hills and finish-mowing before edging. It cuts my fenced / pool back yard in one charge, with enough battery remaining to edge the property.The ECHO 58V ecosystem is also useful for other tools like the ECHO 58V Trimmer Powerhead. My wife wanted her own mower to trim around the house, while I managed the other 2 acres. I wanted to get her a cordless mower that would be easy for her to start and operate. I knew Echo products were excellent having worked in the outdoor power equipment industry for 30 years. I also liked that Home Depot would deliver it free to our door, and be there for us if there were any problems.Due to its large wheels and excellent design, the mower feels much lighter than it actually is. My wife, who is a petite 4 ft 10 in., has no problem pushing it around. The handle has 3 height settings, and the lowest setting is perfect for her. The mower will run 30 to 45 minutes on a full charge, which is plenty of time for her to mow around the house. Since the motor has the ability to increase power when needed, it handles tall or thick grass with ease. My wife said the mower “exceeded my expectations” when I asked her how she liked it. That was music to my ears, because she’s not always easy to please! I would recommend this mower to anyone looking for a high quality product manufactured by a well known company.

Have have used it twice. One battery powered the mower, blower and weed eater without recharging. Pretty impressed. Only concern is the plastic main body of the mower and other components. Very lightweight, but, may not be as durable as a conventional mower. We’ll see. Overall, very impressed.

I have owned this mower to over 2 years. I use it on my small back yard and at an animal rescue (over 1 acre). I purchased the matching attachment capable string trimmer and chainsaw to also have 3 4 amp batteries. I have hit rocks and mesh with the mower. In the heat the batteries discharge faster and resist recharging so it takes three to mow continually. I have cut tall, sometimes wet weeds to the point it clogged (only use the optional side discharge which is ingeniously mounted in place of a bagger not increasing the width of the mower ). It is so great I can tip over to unclog without burning myself or having oil run out. Speaking about the side discharge chute, make it standard!!! Mulching doesn’t work and why would i want to deal with the grass clippings? I have since purchased 2 other cordless mowers (greenworks 40 volt 2 blade and 60 volt self propelled). The 2 blade is my favorite because it is 10 pounds lighter and only 1 inch more narrow.

I love this lawn mower. No brainer to set-up and use. Stop and go as you please, even maintain a conversation as you mow your lawn. Takes up a small footprint when storing it. Just wish a spare battery wasn’t so expensive, but otherwise it only takes 1 hour to recharge.
