The ECHO ES-250 gas leaf blower offers 3 products in 1 tool: blower, shredder and vacuum. Make quick work of clearing leaves and other waste from your yard by using the versatile lawn blower. This tool includes a bag and a vacuum kit, which is easily converted from a yard blower to a vacuum/shredder.
- Use a 50:1 ratio of fuel to oil mix for 2-stroke cycle engines, recommend using only fresh gas with a minimum octane rating of 89 or higher (mid-grade to premium) at all times
- 50:1 ratio equal 1 US Gal. 89 octane plus 2.6 fl. oz. ECHO PowerBlend gold oil or ECHO red armor oil

Takes some getting used to for setting up attachments but once that is done, it really is a workhorse. It saved us time and got the job done. Worth the $ spent. Not sure why it took us this long to buy one of these.

Really great at mulching the leaves. Lots of suck and blow power. Only complaint would be that the bag just doesn’t hold enough. You have to empty it in about 2 min of sucking leaves.

I’ve owned the shred n vac for about 3 years now and am vey pleased with it’s performance. The motor starts easily, runs at full throttle for hours on end and is very fuel efficient. The shredding feature is why I bought this tool, and my biggest complaint is that I wish it were a bit more ergonomic. Also, my bag has started to tear at one of the seams and it would be nice to have a longer hose accessory that connected to a garbage can for more shredding capacity. Accessories to vacuum leaves out of low gutters would also be a plus. In the end, I’d absolutely buy another one just at is.

Very easy to start, powerful enough to do the job on our lot with several mature trees. Switching between blower and vacuum requires a tool (I use a large nail) to disengage the tube from the body, but not difficult. Vacuuming works well but awkward in tight spaces due to size and position of bag. Very satisfied with this purchase, I recommend this product without hesitation.

La sopladora no e tenido tiempo de usarla pero la función de aspiradora sí. Realmente ea buena pude limpiar mi jardín entre plantas pequeñas sin sacarlas y levantó sin problema alguno los residuos de zacate que quedaron al podar el césped. Esa función era la que mas me interesaba y lo hizo perfectamente. No Tube problema para ensamblarla es cuestión de poner atención a la indicación para ensamblar. Para mi es lo que buscaba y cumple con mis expectativas.

The Echo ES 250 exceeded my expectation. This review is for the Vacuum configuration. I have only used it for one day. My research included Homelite, Husqvarna, Echo and Stihl. After reading numerous product reviews and the operators manuals, I settled on the ECHO ES 250. Pros:1) Assembly was easy. Undo the knob holding the cover, slide the suction tube into the unit and with a slight twist, it locks in firmly in place. Same for the outlet pipe. Attach the bag with the velcro cinch. Add 50:1 fuel mix and go. 2) The ES 250 has 4 steel blades to chop up the leaves and small twigs. It does a great job. 3) Emptying the leaf bag is easy. Just release the Velcro, take the bag off the blower, unzip the back of the bag and pull the leaves out.4) The cruise control is fantastic. Set the speed and you don’t have to touch the trigger again.Cons: NoneEcho builds a good product. I purchased my first Echo Chainsaw in 1984 and it is still running today.
