The ECHO hedge trimmer HC-2020 is lightweight and offers professional-grade features for dependability. Its 20 in. blades offer superior cutting performance and twice as many cutting edges as the remaining bush trimmer competition. A zero-type grease fitting and tool-less air filter cover makes maintenance easy on this gas powered hedge trimmer unit.
- Use a 50:1 ratio of fuel to oil mix for 2-stroke cycle engines, recommend using only fresh gas with a minimum octane rating of 89 or higher (mid-grade to premium) at all times
- 50:1 ratio equal 1 US Gal. 89 octane plus 2.6 fl. oz. ECHO PowerBlend gold oil or ECHO red armor oil
- Bush trimmer features a 21.2 cc professional-grade 2-stroke gas engine
- Hedge trimmer comes with a 5-year consumer/2-year commercial warranty

This hedge trimmer is the real deal and will cut through / most bushes with ease. This trimmer is no joke…My ONLY complain is that the fumes from running it, run up towards your face and I was coughing real bad… Would I recommend this hedge trimmer… Absolutely!

I have only used this one day but it works fantastic. Very easy to start. 1 pull start for me. This is my first gas powered trimmer. Only thing I didn’t like was the weight. I am use to using electric trimmers so the extra weight made my arms tired. Mostly because I am not doing this all the time I am sure. I just got tired of dealing with the extension cords. Overall I am very happy with this trimmer.

All my outdoor tools are ECHO brand tools and I have never had a problem with anything from them. This Echo 20 inch gas hedge trimmer is no exception. Started right out of the box and came with Echo gas oil additive and cuts hedges, bushes, etc up to 1 inch but I still use loopers to trim those thicker stalks, I won’t abuse my equipment. Very happy with this hedge trimmer.

This was exactly what I was looking for, I have a large yard (2 1/2 acres) and have some heavy bush trimming that needs to be done, more than an electric hedge trimmer could handle and having to pull an extension cord around was not going to work. I found out that if I pour a little bar oil on it after a while it seems to run a lot better. Well pleased.
